Softball Help! for experienced players only! boys who play baseball can help too!?

I would look on craigslist for a good used boxing speed bag. It will give you a good bit of cardio and will help with your arms but it will be extremely good for hand eye coordination. You could also try running with ankle weights on to get faster. Just time yourself running like 100m or something without them on and train with weights on until you can tie or beat your original time with weights on. And dont drink Gatorade or pop or anything. Just water, believe me youll feel better and it is a hell of a lot better for you. Hope I helped.
