HE IGNORES SOME EMAILS AND NOT OTHERS?

I personally do not respond to loaded emails, controversial emails, or anything that might start a fight at work. No sense in dealing with those issues when you are paid to do a job. If you want to flirt with him at work or joke around a little, there is nothing wrong with that. However, don't expect him to want to engage in deep conversation or talk out problems.
