Is this type of shirt okay for a person with curvier hips? 10 points!!!?

That type of shirt would acually distract from the hips, and from the front, would look really cute for anyone. It looks just like a regular t-shirt, and the band at the bottom doesn't make a difference, honestly. I wear shirts like that, with the band at bottom, and I have curvy hips; It makes no difference. Its flattering for all, as long as the shirt isn't too tight. :)
