GS: When someone copies you, do you feel flattered?

So this person finds something about you they feel they need to copy - what does that say about that person - are they weak, have issues they can't face, judgmental, psycho, are just afraid they doesn't measure up and they feel it is their job to bring you down so they can feel better about themselves! What do you think!
