Is he crazy or is it ok for someone to act this way so soon?

I guess its his first time ...hasnt been dating much women earlier so its new for him to roam around wid a gal...jus got over excited and wants more of ur company. His is definately attracted towards u but not matured enough to understand what exactly is love.
