This guy really likes me & i don't know what to do?

There's this guy that goes to my school, and he has a very obvious crush on me. He's always doing thinks to impress me (like going on the high diving board for the first time, because I said I thought it was cool) He's the first guy to show any interest so of course it's flattering. Me & my friend just hung out with him at the town pool and he's actually a really nice guy, but just not my type plus I like someone else. I just feel like since he's the only guy to ever like me, I should give him a chance because I could end up liking him but I don't even know how to flirt or "make the first move" The guy I like lives two hours away, and I almost never see him anyway. I don't know what to do, help?
